BEER BREWING

If you love a craft beer but don’t like the cost, we have loads of recipes to closely match commercial beers if that’s what your after. With over 30 years of brewing experience we will guide you along the way.
KEG SYSTEMS & FRIDGES
Our selection of keg systems allows you to customise your brew setup to suit your needs. We can supply you with a kit with 9.5L or 19L kegs. We make a package to suit you. We can kit you out with beer dispensing equipment from picnic taps to stainless steel Pluto guns. We have everything you need to brew, keg AND TAP your very first beer in the convenience of your own home.
WINE
For those who like to make their own wines, we have the yeast and additives you need. Whether you need corks, bungs, demijohns, oak barrels, oak chips or wine additives; we have it in stock.
SPIRITS & LIQUEURS
You can purchase all of the brewing supplies you need to make excellent spirits with our selection of high-quality spirit additives from brands you know and trust, like Still Spirits, Top Shelf, Samuel Willard’s, Edwards Essences, Essencia, Prestige, Top Dog and Alcotec. Whether you're trying for a smooth bourbon, schnapps, cocktail mixer, whiskey or more, we have the flavours, additives, Liqueur and Schnapps bases, wood chips and chunks you need.
ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT

If it’s equipment you need for brewing a beer, wine, spirit and mead; we’ve got you covered. We also have bread supplies, cheese molds and cultures to suit your needs. Stocked to the rafters; we are the best stocked home brew shop in the Illawarra so drop in and get everything you need under one roof.
CHEESE, YOGHURT & BREAD
If your making bread and need the correct equipment, we have a few loaf sized tins to suit your needs. We sell many sizes in jars for all your preserving and to complement our recycling beliefs we sell individual lids to match your jars. If you need a new lid or want to refresh your yearly passata jar lids, we have it in stock. With many cultures including Kombucha, sourdough, yoghurt and cheese cultures, we also stock Sourdough bannetons, blades and scrapers. With many years of experience in preserving and pickling we are here to offer you advice if you need it. We also stock a small range of smallgoods supplies including jerky rubs, injectors, jerky guns and blends.
GLUTEN/DAIRY FREE
With all the chemical introductions into our diet nowadays, it’s nice to know that we can control this by making our own foods from scratch. We can help you with Gluten Free Bread as well as beers. If you’re having a go at flavouring your own vodka, we can let you know which flavourings are gluten free.
There is much you can do to avoid Dairy with our Dairy Free cheese and yoghurt cultures and kits. We stock agar and nutritional yeast just to name a few of the items to support these recipes. Check out the kits available.
GAS
We stock Co2 for all your gas needs. From 16g to 6.8kg we have your Co2 Gas requirements covered.
We sell 16g, 1.1kg, 2.3kg, 2.6kg, 4.5kg, 6kg and 6.8kg Co2 cylinders. They are ready filled and once empty we can refill your larger gas bottle on site. We also provide a swap-n-go service for SODA STREAM bottles.
Co2 gas is used for all your beer kegging and pouring requirements as well as for the aquarium hobbyist. If you use lots of carbonated water at home we can talk you through upgrading your 40L mini cylinder to one of the larger cylinders mentioned above.
